2023 Yard Sale Registration and Cancellation Policy
All Seller Registrations must be submitted online. You do not need to register to attend the sale, only to sell. If you wish to be placed in a specific spot on the selling floor, you must make that request in the NOTES section of the form. We cannot guarantee to be able to fulfill all requests, but we will make an effort to place you appropriately.

By completing the registration form you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the following cancellation policy. Please note that we no longer accept checks. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions. We will make cancellation refunds depending on these conditions: Refunds will be paid in full up until March 10, 2023 if the sales reservation is cancelled by the participant. After that date, all payments are non-refundable.
If there is a wait list, and the reservation can be filled, a cancelled reservation may be refunded upon payment in full of replacement participant. Please note that your selling space reservation WILL NOT be honored absent payment in full at the time of reservation. Any outstanding balances will prevent registration for future events.
Payment is only accepted online. Please pay your balance when you register. If registering on or after March 10, 2023, please first email us to be sure there is room for you. Please use PayPal if you wish to pay via credit or debit card, using the [email protected] address.
